Simply Better Birth Core Class
Weekend format (Friday-Saturday) or two week format (generally two Saturdays,) $200* (limit 4 birth couples)
Topics Covered:
Stages and progress of labor, non-medication comfort measures and immediate post-partum care
Light snacks and drinks provided; BYO lunch.
Simply Better Birth (Virtual) A 6-hour, Zoom-based version of the core birth class, offered on a series of three weeknights. Requires some outside work and viewing between classes. $100 per couple. Instructor is available for consultation between classes.
Hello Baby! Best Beginnings and Breastfeeding 3 hours, $75* Get the best start on your bonding and breastfeeding journey, infant care, and surviving (even thriving) in those first few weeks of life.

Weekend Class, 10 hours
You supply the site, the snacks and the students.
$700 for up to 5 birth couples in your church, neighborhood or friend group.
Keep it Simple Private class format, timing and location of your choice, $30 per hour consultation and instruction, pre-negotiated; generally 4-8 hours across 2 visits.
Simple Comfort A three-hour refresher class covering comfort measures for late pregnancy and birth. 2-4 birth couples.
